Award-winning novelist Bill Dodds uses a lighthearted approach as he offers practical suggestions, valuable tips, and honest encouragement to help you begin—and complete—your book.

Mountlake Terrace resident Bill Dodds is an award-winning novelist and the author of more than 30 fiction and non-fiction books, including “How to Write Your Novel in Nine Weeks.”
A full-time freelance writer since 1988, Bill has been the editor of a regional weekly newspaper and two national magazines. He’s been a national columnist for 25 years and book copy editor for 15.
He was the first American to win the international 3-Day Novel Contest.
