This class will explore the basics of style, compression, and narrative braiding and will give you the framework you need to construct your memoir or essay. In this class, you will be presented with a number of inspiring examples to help you begin to consider how you might pursue your own craft.
Instructor Seth Riley received an MFA in Creative Writing from Seattle Pacific University, and his work has appeared in Image (online) and in The Millions. He lives with his wife and children in Everett and teaches Englisn and creative writing at Northwest University, Sno-Isle Libraries and the Schack Art Center in Everett.
