Considering Crowdfunding? This presentation is for you! The session starts with a brief description of the most popular Crowdfunding platforms, the differences between rewards, debt and equity, and help deciding what the best option for your venture is. We will also cover the steps to make your campaign successful regardless of the platform you choose. Learn the basics about setting your funding goals, writing an impactful profile, structuring, and promoting your campaign through both face-to-face marketing and social media.

Susan Perreault, DBA, is the Program Director for the Washington Women's Business Center hosted by Business Impact NW, a non-profit small business community development lender supporting the continuing growth of local small businesses through micro-enterprise. Prior to joining BINW, Ms. Perreault earned a doctorate in business administration and spent the majority of her career as a serial entrepreneur and in senior management positions in the professional beauty industry. As a business owner, she understands how difficult it can be to start and run a business. Ms. Perreault is passionate about working with and empowering entrepreneurs.
