Yoga poses can be done while seated in a chair or the chair can be used while standing to help you feel supported and safe. A slower pace and many modification options allow you to build confidence and widen your comfort zone while moving mindfully.
Bring a bath towel that can be rolled up and used under your feet or hips to accommodate your leg length.
