Many of us are exploring the wonderful world of sourdough baking, now that we are home and have the time. But it can be a complicated, nuanced, and sometimes lonely process. Sourdough Circle is a social group meeting on Zoom to share our sourdough journeys. We choose a sourdough title to read together as well as introduce our starters, brag about our bakes, sharpen our scoring techniques, celebrate victories, troubleshoot problems, share recipes and find resources…

This month, the group is reading Poilâne The Secrets of the World-famous Bread Bakery by Apollonia Poilâne

This meeting takes place the third Saturday of each month on Zoom!
To get a Zoom invitation, please register. Email address is required.
At least one hour prior to the event you will receive an email invitation for the Zoom event. If you don't see it by 10 a.m., please check your spam folder.
